Become a Workforce Partner
If you are affiliated with a business or workplace in the Philadelphia area and wish to host a student for a job experience, we’d be honored to hear from you.
Once you sign as a workforce partner with our Career Together program, we’ll reach out about next steps. We account for your business’s needs and student fit to the best of our ability. You have final say over hiring.
After a Learner is placed with you, CT staff and that student’s Learning Coach (mentor) will be in touch regularly to ensure they are on track, take and deliver feedback, and coach them on their professional growth.
Nominate a Student for College Together
We are always up to talk to prospective students who:
will have a GED or high school diploma by the time they begin CT;
are eligible for the federal Pell Grant;
live in the Philadelphia area.
